Just a heads up: Some items like cutting boards, utensils, storage baskets, portable toilets, and similar gear are not included in the conversion kit and are not provided by Carmper.   • You can cancel your order free of charge only if the product hasn’t been collected and or shipped already. Find our cancellation and return policies here.

  • Yes, we can deliver fully assembled kits all around Australia, right to your front door.

  • Yes, we can deliver worldwide. To obtain a custom shipping quote to your country please contact us at sales@carmping.com 

  • We know that when adventure calls, you want to answer right away! That’s why we often have kits ready to ship out without delay. Typically, you can expect your orders to to arrive within 10 business days anywhere in Oz.

    During our peak season, things can get a bit busy, so production might take between 1 to 3 weeks on top of the shipping time. If you’re keen on more precise delivery estimates or want to check if we’ve got what you need in stock, don’t hesitate to reach out! Our awesome team is here to help you out!

  • Each kit is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, including straps and loops for installation, making your setup process a breeze.

  • Yes, for every carmping kit there is a 2-year guarantee. To apply, please email us at info@carmper.com. Please include your purchase confirmation, contact details, and a comprehensive description of the issue you are experiencing. Including images, when possible - this will assist us greatly. Our team will assess your case and reach out to you. If your claim is approved, we will begin the process of a full refund.

  • The guarantee for hardware and appliances is determined by our suppliers and typically ranges from 1 to 2 years. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

  • We use strip which facilities the following payment options:

    • Bank wire: allows for bank debits and transfers, including real-time payments.

    • Cards: supports major credit and debit cards.

    • After Pay

    • Wallets: Stripe integrates with popular digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Stripe prioritises payment security through robust measures like PCI Level 1 certification, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and tokenisation, ensuring secure checkouts.

  • Refunds are possible as long as the product hasn’t been dispatched to your address. If you’ve changed your mind about your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can near your purchase date.

  • If you’re interested in buying conversion at wholesale prices, please contact our team and we’ll be glad to assist.

  • Most SUVs are compatible with our kits - A car list search tool is available on each conversion kit product page to make it easier. If you don’t see your car, van, or SUV listed, don’t worry! You can simply compare the kit measurements to your cars measurements using the measuring guide. Or submit your measurements to us and we’ll specify the right kit for your car.

    Before you hit that order button we kindly ask you double-check the measurements. As soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched incorrect measurements won’t be eligible for refunds. Our team is ready to provide assistance throughout the measuring process.
