2.2 Once an order is submitted and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order, but rather acknowledgement of receipt.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for errors in product description or pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3.2 We accept payments via Stripe. 
3.3 Full payment must be received before orders are processed or dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We deliver Australia-wide and may offer international shipping to selected locations.
4.2 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to change.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs clearance.
4.4 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Returns & Refunds below).

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and offer refunds, replacements, or repairs where a product is:
* Faulty or damaged,
* Not as described,
* Not fit for purpose.
5.2 No refunds are available for:
* Change of mind,
* Incorrect selection,
* Orders that have already been shipped,
* Custom kit orders that have entered the manufacturing process.
5.3 You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe it is faulty or not as described.

6. Product Descriptions
6.1 While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
6.2 If a product received is materially different from its description, please contact us for a resolution.
