Refunds and Replacements
We are happy to offer a refund, replacement, or repair where an item is:
Hasn’t yet been shipped;
Faulty or defective;
Not as described;
Not fit for purpose.
To be eligible, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a return of the item for assessment.
Custom Orders
For custom or made-to-order kit purchases:
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the manufacturing process has begun, as these items are custom-made to your specifications.
Orders That Have Been Shipped
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalising your purchase.
